OMG. I jogged for the 1st 2 km then i brisk-walked for the rest of the run..
I actually vomited when I was at around 5.5km.. I felt so sick after drinking only 2 cups of 100PLUS and luckily the medic was quite near so she ran to my side and asked if I'm alright and whether able to finish the race or not. Lol. Of course I said I want to continue, if I were to say no; no finisher medal for me..
This finisher medal means a lot to me because it consists of my sweat, energy and determination to finish the race.. :D
A pity that I ran alone.. But nonetheless I'm happy that I finished within 2 hours! :D
