havent had time to blog until now.
so...moving on...
last week was Open House week for the whole of 3 days (8 Jan-10 Jan).
amazingly, i did 3 types of duty during that time, namely: HS delegates usher, Corp Comm SL and demonstrator for CPR (and part time baby delivery).
the HS delegates one was boring but at least we can see the rooms like Operating Theatre, Neonatal ICU; it made our tour meaningful.
and guess whom i saw? Deborah's mum and sis! i didnt notice them until her mum called me. she was like," Are you Deborah's friend? im her mum. remember me?"
then she was refreshing her daughter's memory,"remember her? she slept in our house before." i was shocked to know that she still remembered me though Deborah was the head prefect.. (:
then i went to being a SL for Balestier Hill Secondary because Bukit Batok Secondary did not organise a tour for them in ngee ann. im under the Alumni Chapter for BBSS-NP. that's why they will normally call us up to help them in events like Open House or RED Camp because they are mostly in need of people. (:
on the last day (saturday), my duty started at 10.30am and ended at around 6.30pm (but i ended near 7pm). i had a great time because it was really fun demonstrating CPR to those people, it's like demonstrating the colostomy care to the secondary school students during RED Camp. (: then it was near the end and i tried to show how the baby delivery is like.
^the only picture i had during OH. ):
then yesterday was the 'O's results release. sadly to say, it was disappointing to know that most of them did not do well. most of the people i know could not even get into poly. ): then they were like," adele~! can i get into your course~?" i couldnt say that they dont even have the chance to appeal. it was so sad. some of them cried even before getting their results. whereas the top scorer in my school was supposed to be Clive with 4A1s, 4A2s (8 distinctions) but because Qiao Wen had 5A1s, 2A2s (7 distinctions) then she won him. hilarious but ya. and anyway, ya, they couldnt get in so....*sighs*
today after school i went to queensway shopping centre with my parents to alter his pants. then i saw this pair of shoes which costs $71. cheap right (i mean for Adidas shoes)? NICE. and also im not the one paying. hah.
i saw a printing shop and got my name printed on my windbreaker. $10 each for a name. personalized. love it. (:
^my new Adidas shoes! (:
p.s. now it's so tough to write everything at once. I SHALL NOT DO IT AGAIN. ):
